At Prishaa Jewels, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality products with care and precision. We understand that issues may occasionally arise during shipping or fulfillment. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds only under the following circumstances:
Wrong Order Received – The product(s) received do not match the items you ordered.
Damaged Order – The product(s) were delivered in a visibly damaged or unusable condition.
Misplaced Order – Part of your order is missing, or you received someone else’s order entirely.
Conditions for Return/Refund Approval
To be eligible for a return or refund, the customer must provide clear and complete evidence of the issue. The following documentation is required:
Full Video of the Unboxing Process:
The video must start before opening the sealed package and should clearly show the condition of the external packaging, the process of unboxing, and the contents received.
The video must be uninterrupted and continuous, without any cuts or edits.
The video must clearly show the product(s), labels, and invoice if included.
Photographic Evidence:
Clear pictures of the received product showing the damage, incorrect item, or mismatch.
Photo of the outer packaging and shipping label.
Note: We are unable to process any return or refund requests that do not include this proof.
Timeframe for Initiating a Return/Refund
All return or refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or refund, regardless of the issue.
The delivery date will be verified based on our shipping partner’s tracking information.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate your return or refund request:
Email us a prishaajewels@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include the following details in your email:
Order Number
Reason for Return/Refund
Unboxing Video (as per conditions above)
Relevant Photos (damaged/wrong product and packaging)
Your contact details (phone/email)
Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review the submitted materials and respond within 2-4 business days.
Return Process
If your return is approved:
You will receive return shipping instructions and a return address.
The product must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.
You are responsible for securely packing the item to avoid further damage during return transit.
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in our communication.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following situations:
Change of mind or dislike of the product after delivery.
Incorrect product selection by the customer during order placement.
Lack of required proof (video/pictures) as outlined above.
Requests made beyond 3 days from the date of delivery.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject refund or return requests that do not comply with this policy.
Providing false or misleading information will lead to denial of the request and may result in account restriction.
